We are not sure what she’s promoting here — tea or plastic surgery?!

Khloé Kardashian’s new Instagram picture has sparked MAJOR backlash from fans, after her face appeared to look significantly different.

The reality star has previously denied plastic surgery rumors, but her most recent pic showed Khloe's face looking very full.

On Instagram, fans of the 31-year-old were quick to comment on her transformation, saying she looked “different and fake.”

Khloé captioned the pic,

 "Sisters keeping me straight with @lyfe_tea Keeping my waist trim and cravings down. Great addition to my healthy lifestyle!"

We weren't even focused on the fit tea, all we could do was stare her severely plumped cheeks, lips and eyes.
